The JUNO Awards celebrates the best of Canada's music industry every year. The 54th edition of the JUNO Awards gala took place in Vancouver on March 30. Djely Tapa won the Global Music Album of the Year award with her latest opus, Dankoroba, for a third time. Recorded between Bamako and Montreal, this 12-track album refers to the influential women of the Mali empire in particular and anyone who transforms the world with love, power and positivity, through their actions and commitments. This award elevates the singer to the rank of an influential figure in Global Music in Canada. Congratulations!!!
